We ship across Europe and beyond. Incoterms are agreed per order and stated in every quote, together with the lead time.
Questions we get asked
Who do you sell to?
Businesses only — wholesalers, contractors, panel builders, installers and facility operators. We do not sell to consumers.
Are the products original?
Yes. Everything we sell is factory-new and original, with the manufacturer's part number. We do not sell used, refurbished or repaired stock.
How fast do you ship?
In-stock items ship quickly; the exact lead time, and lead times for non-stock items, are stated in every quote.
What warranty do I get?
12 months on every product we sell. Returns and warranty claims are handled by Eltracore — you deal with us, not with the manufacturer.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and CE declarations of conformity. Certificate of origin on request.
Can you hold stock for me?
Yes. For customers with recurring orders we keep agreed quantities in our warehouse and dispatch them on call-off.
How do I pay?
Prepayment by bank transfer for new customers; after a few completed orders we can agree credit terms. Invoices are issued in euros (EUR) to the company named on our website — we never ask for payment to a private account.
