Terms and conditions (B2B)

Business customers only

These terms govern sales between Eltracore and business customers. We do not sell to consumers. By ordering you confirm you act in the course of a business.

Quotes and orders

Quotes state price, availability, lead time and Incoterm and are valid for the period shown. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or issue a proforma invoice. Any minimum order value applicable to your order is stated in the quote.

Prices

Prices are net, exclusive of VAT and, unless stated, of carriage and duties, which follow the agreed Incoterm. Prices are not published on this website.

Products

All goods are factory-new, original branded products. We make no claim to be an authorised distributor or partner of any manufacturer.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability under a sale is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit or production. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory and contractual warranty rights are unaffected (see the Warranty page).

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction.
