Every product we sell carries a 12-month warranty, or the manufacturer's warranty where that is longer.

Returns and RMA

Returns and warranty claims are handled by Eltracore — you deal with us, not with the manufacturer. To start a return (RMA), contact us using the details in the footer with your invoice number and a description of the fault; we will issue an RMA reference and return instructions.

Please report visible transport damage within 7 days of delivery and dead-on-arrival faults within 14 days; latent manufacturing defects are covered for the full 12 months. The warranty does not cover wear parts, incorrect installation or use, unauthorised repair or modification, normal wear, or damage occurring after delivery. For a confirmed warranty claim we cover return shipping; where no fault is found or the claim falls outside the warranty, return shipping is at your cost.
